Conditions of purchase
Choosing the product
The customer has the possibility to choose and order products from the store. The customer can click on the selected product to view a more detailed description of it. If he/she wishes to purchase a product, he/she can add it to a virtual shopping cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button. By clicking on the "View Cart" button, you will find the products added to the cart, the total amount of the invoice and the shipping cost. Here you can check the correctness of your order, in particular the prices and quantities, which you can modify or correct as required. The shopping cart automatically calculates the total amount of the order.
Packaging of the product
Depending on the weight of the products and the packaging chosen, the packaging and appearance of the products will vary. The type of packaging varies from 200gr to 1500 gr, in brown colour.
Sending the order
If you are happy with the quantity of products in your basket, have checked the total amount and decided you want to buy them, simply click on the "Checkout" button. You will then have the option to choose whether you want to register as an existing customer, register as a new customer or purchase without registering.
If you have previously made a purchase in our store, please enter the email address and password you used when you previously registered. If you are a new customer, please enter your shopping details, which will be stored in the system and you will only need to log in the next time you shop. For purchases without registration, enter your billing and shipping address.
Here you need to specify when your order will be ready for you. You must allow at least 48 hours between the order and the pick-up date. In the comment field, you can indicate the exact time you would like to pick up the goods.
In the next step, choose the payment method that suits you (cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer if allowed). If you agree with the contents of the order, click on the "Order" button to send the order.
Prices
Our prices are the list prices at the time of ordering, which you will find next to the products in the online shop. Prices are gross prices, VAT included. In the event of an error or omission in the products or prices in the online shop, we reserve the right to correct them. In such a case, we will inform the buyer of the new information immediately after the error is detected or corrected. The buyer may then confirm the order once again or either party may withdraw from the contract.
Processing of orders
Orders are processed within 24 hours on working days.
Possibility to correct data entry errors
You can correct data entry errors before pressing the "Order" button.
Confirmation
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail. This means that after placing your order, you will receive an automatic email informing you of the receipt of your order and (later) of the pick-up date. If you need to make an appointment by phone, please call the phone number on our website.

Delivery by courier to the delivery address provided by the customer on the checkout page.

Payment terms
In our webshop, you can pay online by credit card and cash on delivery. In the latter case, the full purchase price must be paid in cash or by credit card at the courier upon receipt of the shipment.
1. Payment by credit card with Barion
A Barion provides an online payment solution with any of the following signs by credit card and by credit card. Online credit card payments are made through the Barion system. Credit card details are not passed to the merchant. The service provider Barion Payment Zrt. is an institution supervised by the National Bank of Hungary, licence number H-EN-I-1064/2013.

Withdrawal
If the webshop fails to fulfil its contractual obligation because the goods specified in the contract are not available or it is unable to provide the ordered service, it must inform the customer of this. The online shop does not conclude contracts with minors. By accepting the terms and conditions of sale, the customer declares that he/she is of legal age.
Returning the product
The product will only be returned in its original condition and packaging, in a quantity and quality that is intact.
Information on the conditions for concluding a contract
The language of the contract will be Hungarian, the contract will be deemed to have been concluded in writing. The concluded contract will not be registered and will not be accessible afterwards.
Right of withdrawal/ Returns guarantee
The customer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The customer may exercise his right of withdrawal from the day on which he took delivery of the goods. The seller shall reimburse the amount paid by the customer without delay, but not later than 14 days after the withdrawal.
The customer shall bear the costs incurred for the return of the goods due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal. In addition, the customer shall not be liable for any other costs. If the goods returned under the right of withdrawal are not in a perfect, resaleable condition, the customer shall be liable to pay damages if the deterioration, destruction or other impossibility of returning the goods was caused by the customer's wilful misconduct or negligence.
If the product is found to be damaged during opening in the presence of the person who delivered it (postal delivery person, courier) and the damage occurred before the goods were received, we will ensure the return of the product and the cancellation of the sale immediately. Damage of any kind, lack of contents must be included in the report of facts between the consignee and the consignee at the time of delivery of the consignment! We cannot be held responsible for any subsequent lack of content or damage!

Ownership clause
The delivered goods remain the property of the supplier until the purchase price has been paid in full. In the case of incorrect, unaccepted orders, the goods will be taken into stock in the name of the "new" owner and the new owner will be paid the price after the new, successful sale!
Change or cancel an order
Pursuant to Act CVIII of 2001, when an order is placed, the seller's online shop software immediately notifies the customer that the order has been accepted. This notification does not constitute a contract between the seller and the buyer! It merely indicates to the buyer that his order request has been registered by our system and forwarded to the relevant member of the seller's staff.
If the buyer does not receive this within 48 hours, the buyer's obligations to bid will be terminated.
The seller will give the buyer the opportunity to cancel the order electronically until the order is fulfilled. Once the order has started to be fulfilled, the buyer will be informed by e-mail and/or by telephone of the expected time of fulfillment and the fact that the order has started to be fulfilled, after which the buyer can only cancel the order in person or by using one of the contact details under "Customer Service" or "Contact".
Subsequent changes to the order can only be made in writing by e-mail ( support@beauteducafe.hu ).

This internet-based platform was set up by the EU for consumers who want to complain about products or services they have bought online and ask a neutral third party (dispute resolution body) to handle the complaint. Where national law allows, traders can also lodge complaints with consumers about online purchases of goods or services.
